At Digital Identity Net we have just launched OneID, our unique bank-backed digital identity platform, connecting consumers, businesses and banks. An exciting opportunity has opened for Service Architect, for an initial duration of a 4 month contract.
The purpose of the Service Architect role is to develop our Service Management processes. You will deliver innovative and effective Service Management processes, procedures and tools to support our business and customers meet operational needs. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations you will be key in developing and maturing our internal and external service offerings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Service management process/procedure design, definition and implementation Champion service management and associated processes and procedures aligned to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework Support Customer engagement through the agreement of processes, interfaces and Service Level Agreements / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during onboarding Define processes and work with the wider team to develop work instructions Create the Service desk design and training Service monitoring and reporting design Service management tool design & configuration
The successful candidate will have: Extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing sustainable and scalable service management processes and procedures Displays a high degree of knowledge relating to service management and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) toolsets and the ITIL framework Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments where you are expected to self-start, and empowered to work independently to meet goals Experience with Google Cloud Platform based services, Office 365 and HubSpot advantageous but not essential
